most of the escalators were covered with thin coat of dust. how would the top management allow this to happen in this relatively new shopping mall?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mall open nearly 1 yr but it look worse than b4. Parking looks dark n empty. pretty scary, if girl alone i advise not to park ur car at upstairs. Mall looks empty...didnt hv much tenants. Just 1 yr already many shops that are close. Also cant use lift directly to level 4, need to use escalator to theme park, (level 4). Not convenient for those who bring stroller?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today is Christmas, since the mall opened for over two months I expected more and more improvement since many poor and negatives comments are all over the internet, so I bring all my family here (for the first times, including me)…Well, yes. Most of the shopping sections are closed due to shops are not rented out, you can spotted a shop operating without a proper signboard, they use a hanging banner :P , even some parking sections are closed (I don’t even know why). I am planning to have a lunch and no Food Court to be found, few to choose fast food like Pizza Hut, Old Town & etc. If you want to search a good shoes or apparel, sorry not available (I mean like Padini or Summit), most small corner/sections are rented out as mini-shop to sell cheap cloths/bag/shoes (can imagine like old times Holiday Plaza). If your primary hang out is the indoor theme park located upper level, then you are most probably fine. If not, the mall need more and more shops to open to serve their patrons. Final words, for a condition like these, parking is not free though. Suggest they put on free parking until things are well organized and completed, cheers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited in Jun 19, mall was pretty empty after opening for almost 1 year. Very promising concept, but tenant mix is really lacking. Nothing much to eat, supermarket was small, not much to see. Rather disappointing, hope there would be improvements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth a visit most of the shops not open, the mall is not organized, scattered, escalator not working, lift not functioning , poor signage, parking lack of signage and theme park nothing fancy and badly done.
