★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely a 5 Star place from I Plus Management! Modern and contemporary designed home with a twist of elegance and rustic. Each and Every bedrooms are nicely designed for a blissful sleep. Clean, neat, tidy! A Full furnished, Fully equipped home! The environment is so comfortable & conducive, I ended up "work at homestay". Don't get me wrong, I Enjoyed the whole stay especially the sunset & sea view!

Booked and fully paid via Agoda. Unable to describe the stay since neither the Agoda "agent" nor the "agent" in Google answered the numerous phone calls and whatapps when we were stranded in front of the guard house ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay for three nights two days. The host was good the house very nice. Same as photo but my experience first time reach there are the worstest ever.. A lady name Ms Thilaga.. Standing infront security. I am not sure who she is but very rude and i feel she had something relate with management of luminari.I m waiting so long for the registration. Too many rules. Management worst!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If anyone book this apartment, please report to your apps account booking and make a refund. I also got scam from this apartment. No answering call. Maps gone wrong. So i make to get refund but stay at another place.
