★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tell you guys, they will never deliver big parcel like TV, chair, furniture and more. They also won’t pick up the phone forever. They know you gonna concern your parcel so you will come to the place to pick up yourself instead their send to you.
In that place, I saw lot of big parcel none even one small parcel. So if you buy big size product and unfortunately using SKYNET then consider pick up yourself once the parcel reach nearest branch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only one courier company always unable to deliver the parcel within the same day of out of delivery despite my location is so near to the branch (15 mins). That’s fine, at least I still received the parcel on the following day. But what I really unable to accept is the company always updated the delivered date on the first undelivered day in the tracking record, which were very dishonesty. I would suggest if you delivered on later date due to some shipment delay, you should update the actual delivered date in the system. Don't cheat others to show your fake efficiency. Please improve.

Very bad customer service. Told the lady that I didn't receive any call from driver. She questioned me and asked me to show her boss the prove at the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience with skynet.. Not answering the call, might as well don't state the phone numbers for assistance.. Very rude when we were there to self collect the item... Who ever is reading all reviews for future courier services, please avoid engaging them...
