1 of the worst courier service ever.
The courier service that parcel will never ever deliver to home, you need to pick up at branch
Track from their official website it shows out for delivery since yesterday, but until the next day, status never update. ?? and my parcel back in branch!!???
Until call them, they give excuses said the driver called yesterday but we never pick up. Of course I screenshot my call log and proved to them I never receive any call, and they quite. Bad bad bad service !!!
