★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service buy location sucks. If you don't have your own car I don't recommend to go there as is very difficult to get grab car there. I stucked there when I went to pick up my parcel and I had to stop Motorcycle rider to follow him out of thia area ended by my phone fallen down and cars crashed it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst customer experience. I have been calling for few days. Promise me the driver will get back to me. Unfortunately nobody called. have to keep calling. Then tell me they didnt receive my previous days call. What a 'great' customer experience. i think local lorry driver service a way better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel arrived Penang on 25th July and ( system show out 1st time ) out for delivery at the same day. 28th July out for delivery again on 12:12pm ( 2nd time show in system ) but I don't receive my parcel. From 25th until today, I waiting my parcel at my home ( from 25th until now ) but I didn't get my parcel from Skynet Penang branch ( Skynet talking lies to me and wasting my time).
I just called to Penang branch many times but still no one pickup phone ( from 27th until this second I've to reached them 1 time only ). I called to Skynet customer service again just now for help and request theirs HQ contact number & manager's name but the staff don't want to give me ( she said CS cannot tell to customer )......( Wasting me long time )
SKYNET,
DON'T CHEATS TO YOURS CUSTOMER!
KEEP YOURS PROMISES TO YOURS CUSTOMER PLEASE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my parcel more worse already stuck there for more than 1 week until today still not been deliver yet, lousy service, please don't use Skynet and not fully recommend to pubic. Please take note for their bad service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse experience. Shipper send to office which was open but we didn't receive call or a knock on the door. And they updated said tried sending but office was closed. They said will try again to send. But never did. I called them to make sure to send it back to me and they agrees. A week later, they shipped it back to sender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst delivery service. Received sms stated is going to deliver but not turn up or even a call to confirm delay. I have waited 2 days at home without news. Customer service shouting at me saying this is just a call centre and cannot trace the parcel location.
