My brand new Ac not cold and they keep telling me its cold so i pay them
They started fighting with me at the end and would say we will take out the aircon and go back and forfeit my deposit.
Wouldnt recommend this shop under any circumstance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is small and inside. Very hard to get parking. I thought it might be cheaper but I was wrong. It's pricier. Might as well go to HLK which is cheaper and situated just right in front with ample of parking space.

Arranged my AC, Fan & water heater installation for whole house and last minute cancelled upon me. Subsequent follow up with the PIC on the rescheduling went unanswered until I had to repetitively call their office and my call was finally returned rudely and was hung up without further explanation.
Also, don't expect any form of sales support from them. If you ever need any warranty claims, it's best you approach the manufacturer directly because Smart Home can promise you sky and heaven but you will be left hanging forever.
