โ โ โ โ โ I would recommend to go here and look for mellthon sales guy. He is good and i really like the way he explain stuff and very honest . We bought a robotic samsung.. he suggest well and even provide a very honest answer on the disadvantages.This wat i really look from a sales person honest,clear explanations and good customer services!

โ โ โ โ โ Senheng like courts too. Their credit partner is aeon. If u want to buy In monthly basic payment the need to bring ic, salary slip n Bnk statement. Price consider ok but if cash payment. If u r member your price is different. Receipt of purchase is downloaded by their app.

โ โ โ โ โ On 31st March 2021, I subscribed a LG PuriCare "Rent & Chill" and extended special launch promotion with Senheng Puchong. Before sign up the contract, I have informed the branch manager that the installation may need to delay due to my house is still under renovation and got assurance from him that all the promotion items will be given as advertised. Therefore, I have decided to take up the offer. Of course, my house renovation was delayed due to MCO and completed in October 2021. In between the few months period, the LG installer kept following up my installation availability and the water purifier installed last two weeks ago (there is no Senheng Puchong representative inform me that the signed up offer on 31st March 2021 has lapsed). As mentioned by LG installer mentioned the promotion items should be retrieved from Senheng but not LG. So I contacted Senheng Puchong (Mr. Mok who is in charge my subscription) and took weeks to reply me on this case. Recently, I was told that the offer has lapsed and most of the promotion items are not entitled. I felt disappointment and raised this case to Senheng as well as LG customer care (guess need to wait again or worst case need to refer consumer court). As myself and families are loyal customers to Senheng for more than 10 years, we can't accept this unprofessional treatment. I went to the other retail electrical appliances shop (start with T), surprisingly their pricing are competitive and good sale services. It's time to say good bye to Senheng.

โ โ โ โ โ oh this senheng bdr puteri branch my first impression when i walk in there's this very young new stuff serve me attentively with products that my customer asks for a fridge to fit into kitchen cabinet measurement that's being install ( H-1800รW-800รD-620 ) 1) fridge cabinet 2) washer/dryer 2 in 1 washing machine 8.5kg/5kg samsung brand price at rm1800 after membership discount a whooping rm500 which is alerting costumer mind you , and with this young indian guy recommending others brand to consider with price and content differences the sum or range of what have been perceived discovered or learn sastify my intention in a limited way to order or buy sometime from his good moral promotional service , out of courteous in a respectful manner i ask do you get commision if i buy from you and with a feeling of thing that make you sad he say i don't get any commision because i am a new stuff but anyway thanks this young guy introduction and recommendable quality to promote thank you for your polite attentively service 17/11/2021 ( 6.20pm )

The staffs has been very attentive for walk in, and also enquiries via phone calls in this particular branch. I have been to few other branches. But, sadly, some other branches, they need to improve their customer service. Keep it up SenHeng Bandar Puteri!!
