★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the Bukit Tinggi , Klang staff are totally useless in helping with fitting except for one. Whilst preparing to pay my sister noticed the cash register screen and found that the man who was attending the cash register keyed in race as Indian. I immediately asked him how does he know that we are Indian? and he did not answer the questions and only said it is a survey.
To me first it is a total act of discrimination that businesses do survey without consent from the customer and assume that they are of certain race or religion or creed. Does it matter which race you sell your suit to? How and in what way will this information help you advance your business?
