★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, Just to share my BAD experience buying a new phone with this seller through shopee name " win gadget store".
not even finish 6mths of warranty phone got problem. :( I was arranging myself for lalamove to seller shop costing RM23 just hope they do it well,repair well unfortunately after 2 days, phone was return to me by lalamove and I must bare the RM23 cost again!sigh PHONE TOTAL RM500++ Include lalamove fee of Rm46 but its ok lorr I just hope my phone is done properly BUT my bad news is...thing haven't settled!! same problem occurs!!!! seller did not tell me anything update until I msg him and ask why this happen again?He just answer me..tested use until the next day..on off no problem. :( so is this the correct way after people buy a new phone from U!! SIGH!!! Why I did not sent to centre?they closed every sat & sunday and Im tight for my working schedule until saturday. I wish the seller could sent to centre or repair for me but his answered was "if I sent to service centre also they return back to him". :( So people out there please please please do not buy a handphone from online incase bad luck happen! better walk in. Now I really2 upset and REGRET!!! My story
