★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the very first time experience visited to SmileBay and consulted Dr Ellie for my tooth problem. I have done with the root canal treatment with a few times follow-up, teeth filling and teeth cleaning in SmileBay. Dr Ellie is very professional, capable and high skilled. She able to calm me down and let me feel very comfortable with less fear and anxious. The assistant (Joey) is very friendly and helpful when in-treatment as well. The staff is polite and supportive to answer all kind of queries. Definitely will return next time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I completed my orthodontics treatment and wisdom teeth extraction here. Dr Chew is my orthodontist, she did a good job throughout my entire orthodontics treatment, finally I can have a nice smile and I can clean my teeth easily every day. For my wisdom teeth extraction, the surgeries were done by Dr Yong. He did a good job too. The entire surgery processes done by Dr Yong starting from anesthesia drug injection until the end were painless. I will visit Smilebay again for any dental treatment in the future if I am still living in Penang.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All staff and doctor are very friendly! My mother just went in for the treatment, it's fast, less than one hour, and clear on all the procedure explained. The price is very good compare to other, worth to come here. Thanks for the help.

Place is clean and the staff (both receptionist and doctor) are really friendly and super polite! You can even watch a movie while the treatment is going on as there's a TV mounted on the ceiling ?
Pricing is pretty standard for a private clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for my first Malaysian dentist visit on Tuesday, for check up and cleaning with Dr Ellie. Wow she is great so skilled it didn't even feel like I was in a dentist chair (maybe the flat screen in the ceiling above chair helped)
I moved here from US right before lock down so this is my first dental visit and it was 5 star all the way, this kind of very personal treatment in US would be very exclusive and expensive, if you are of need of dentistry on the island look no further.

I always get a warm welcome by the front desk associate, MJ and assisted by Siew Siew. Totally recommend to everyone who's considering to get braces here.
