β β β β β For your information, I have to settle payment for 15 business entities but I refused to drop the documents which SOCSO will post the payment receipt. They come out with solution to gave me 6 queue numbers as they only entertain 5 documents (both contribution & EIS). Clever move as customer doesn't have to wait for so long and expedite the payment process.

β β β β β The contact No. is not in service. So? If you decide to send all letter of telling my company is going to get a RM 10,000.00 fine, seriously should at least make the contact no. works. Is this what a way to make people getting fine? Or you wan us people just go all the way to the office and have a tour at KL. Social Security Organisation (SOCSO) didn't even deserve a star, i rated it for the activated "POST" button!

My God ...
It's such heartening to accept such cruel humanity treatment that I had to source healthcare insurance protection at my oldage but I m not young anymore now
I extremely hopeful that Socso contribution SHOULD WORKS SIMILARLY AS EPF CONTRIBUTION AFTER LEGAL EMPLOYEE'S CONTRIBUTION AT THE OLDAGE

β β β β β Yes were in Covid 19 , I am not condemning the officers but , the Rela, the building cleaner very unpleasant and unprofessional , getting scold just for press the lift button coz the cleaner need to mop the front in one of 6 lift .whattttt

β β β β β Just went to the Labour department at 9th floor...The staff there is not helpful and inefficient, let me waited for a long time although not many people launch complain... The only good thing there's a grocery store and maybank at the ground floor.
