β β β β β Been here for today. Actually already sent the documents yesterday but the officer call the documents are not complete. Ok, then came again today, but the Borang that Socso gave also not complete. Then I have tried to call every office number that I have but no one pick up. The staff handphone number also not pick up. After 20 minutes, one officer pick up but he not in charge regarding that. So how I can solve my problem? Oh 1 star for Rela, that boy so helpful, and 1 star for Socso officer that pick up my call even though he now quarantine.

β β β β β I've called so many times, for so many days.. the receptionist answered the call, intended to passed me to the unknown dept. but no one answered, instead, they ended my call! this is definitely not my first time having this problem.. I've made a report to their management last time, and still nothing changed!
