its a ripped off goldsmith !
Got my bracelet , which cost me about RM 3300, however less than one week, its was broken due to unsteady and poor craftsmanship at the gold bracelet chain.
To my surprise, the connector was broken i took my shower in my own house. Can you imagine if the bracelet was broken while i was on the busy street ? Obviously its going to be a total lost
After the incident, i need to return to the store for the confrontation, however, I am a very busy person, its hard for me to take the time to go there again and for the services.
Furthermore, the car parking area was horrible and always packed especially during long festive seasons .
I took the effort by taking half day leave and confronted them today ( 13/6/2022) which is about 1.5month later.
However, the owner told me , its took me " too long" to come for the " exchange" or " service " she deducted about RM650 from the total amount of the bracelet .
I know the gold rate is fluctuating , however, she calculated by using the same rate as the day I bought the gold bracelet 1.5 month ago .
Honestly, the condition of the gold bracelet still shinning like brand new, do you think its very unfair for me that you can simply deducted the RM 600 ( maybe 650) ?
Secondly, no proper reminder from the store for the exchanged or after sells services kinda things .
Thirdly, she knew that the connector is weak and poorly designed, but yet still try to sell to customer and put it on displayed .
My message to the owner, no point for you all to pray the God but behave like a scammer to the public. God will put the KARMA on you !!!
Do not ever to visit this store !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
