I wanted to get a product from him and it was out of stock. He introduced other similar products and carefully explain it even though it was 10-11pm on a Saturday night.
He cleared up my confusion, I agreed to get the alternative but I wanted it on Sunday. He okayed to get the product from his office, and gave me updates every step of the way until I received my products. Showing me the product, arrangement of grab express.
What I liked most is his advices on the issue I am trying to fix. Got the product today and it works like a charm. Thanks Shawn.
