★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You just got to call & find out further details if you are not sure about their packages & promotions. Also, they only accept cash or online transfer, no debit/credit. Overall, good experience & friendly people too.
FYI - A doctor who is also a professor, from FMGC (Fetal Medicine & Gynaecology Centre) Jaya One said that places like this are usually occupied by interns and newbies. So you can't expect a 100% accuracy in whatever the sonographer tells you regarding your baby. Hence, if you are not sure about something please go find a specialist related to these matters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The were no room but only curtains that divided it into a place for ultrasound area which mean you get 0 privacy.. You can clearly hear some patient who brought their kids along or having the risk the kids storm into you session because its just a curtain that cover the area..
A lot of parking during the weekend but be prepare of the waiting time is very long.
The only good thing is, you dont need to pay if they are unable to scan the baby face ??♀️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on Sunday...attended by Ms.Irene, professional on explanation and she really got the patience to scan the baby till she get the right position.Of course you need to wait for your turn because of the scanning part...not every baby will cooperate for scanning, they will try their best to do a proper complete scanning before you leave the place..they don't rush to attend next customer. I went for a detail scanning. Overall I'm very satisfied wt the treatment, explanation and customer service. Highly recommended for mommies to do their detail scanning at Sonovision Kelana Jaya branch. Thanks again to Ms. Irene...such a sweet lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service and not well management. we have made an appointment 2 weeks early, when come close to our appointment, their staff called to force customer to change to appointment time, than what is the point of making appointment? really don't understand their management

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service of the sonographer is the best, make my wife and I feel comfortable and excited to scan our baby. However, we needed to wait for more than an hour before our turn to scan as only 1 sonographer was available at the time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Cecilia for being so patient with our active baby for detailed scan! Managed to capture a decent face picture as a result. Fair package prices, registration process easy and clear explanation of what they offer. Place is clean, well organized, good equipment. Payment e-wallet, online transfer or cash. No credit or debit card facilities. Only main issue I had was location on the first floor so mama's with mobility issues need to be aware you have to climb the stairs to get there. Covered carpark a bit of a walk away but cheap RM2/hr.
