★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly to reiterate all reviews written previously still happening and response to review is like a template with no meaning.
Having said the above, lifecare is selected diagnostic centre for UK visa requirements. Having this account the service must be exemplary. But sad to say 6 months later it is getting worse.
Front desk helpful, counter clerk made so many mistakes in keying in important information, this is unacceptable. Getting direction to x-ray, staff can be more courteous. For this work, why does it take so long is the question.
Are the staff overworked, are they motivated, the owner definitely needs to address this if he expects to keep this place at a different level.
I sincerely hope this feedback is taken positively with one objective of change and improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs were super nice, and explained the process in detail.
Very thoughtful and courteous.
However, the medical officer ermm to put it nicely, was lacking kindness and happiness in life? He replied to my hello with "passport?" and then ya just complete coldness throughout the examination. I'm not expecting a super friendly person with amazing comm skills but he clearly did not even have the basic manners of saying hello or goodbye. My thank you at the end of the session was not even replied.
Otherwise a great place, professional staffs. Just the HR needs to maybe send the medical officer for a crash course on being polite. =)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did my booster vaccine today. Very impress with the professional service. I am afraid of needles but concierge man is very helpful to distract me with some holiday questions during the vaccine. Nurse also very good and I don't feel pain at all. Very thankful and highly recommend place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer care experience. Went there at 8am with my kids and newborn for my U.K. visa health check. The front desk person guiding us with the forms was excellent- kudos to him. But the turning point was after payment- Ended up waiting for 2 hours for a 2 minute doctors visit. Customer service at the nursing counter was absolutely rude and condescending, never bothered to even give some consideration for a mother with a newborn baby and 2 children. Clearly told me it was NOT HER PROBLEM. No proper triage or system to guide patients. Once you are done with payment then you are absolutely left in the hands of incompetent staff at the counter. Absolutely disgusted. Would never return here if it wasn’t for the U.K. visa check. Ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here 3-4 times and I personally had a good experience here.
However, I recommended them to my wife and my wife went on a Saturday and even though she made an appointment and she came on time they still made her wait a really long time. I know that they mentioned that the wait time can be long but there is no point in making an appointment if you still need to wait 3-4 hours.
Also, they kept questioning why we selected a package without asking for doctor consultation first to see whether the package was appropriate. if that's the case then they should advise first that we consulted with a doctor before making the booking.
We thought that since it was "package" that it was common for people to book it on demand.
Please improve. Please do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came for booster shot. No parking in the same building so you can park in nexus and walk there.
Registration process not good, a bit messy but overall was ok speed to fill in forms, wait, go in for jab, come back out to wait to update status. Probably 1hr plus.
Ushers are friendly but one uncle a bit unpolished. I asked where to register and said that I have paid online. He said paid already also must wait. I also know must wait but where to register. You can walk up to the counter to get your forms or sit and wait for this uncle yo bring to you. He might not find his way back so I advise to go to the counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been struggling with constant sinus inflamation and breathing difficulties for years. Finally decided to go to an ENT specialist and decided to see Dr. Liza (she's there on Fridays usually). She explained what was going on, showed me how to manage it and had listened to all my concerns with everything. LOVED the experience as she didn't recommend a surgery wihch is usually the advice they would give. She cleared up my nose and finally after years I can breathe and sleep without disturbances. Definitely recommend!!
