β β β β β Bought a Laptop from Lazada. Had some issues with the purchase (not the laptop). Brought it up to Lazada, they were absolutely no help.
Contacted MyLenovo on Lazada and subsequently Lenovo Exclusive Store@ Mid Valley. Both of them were super helpful and able to resolve my issue which required them to spend quite some time with me on chat.
Special thank you to Kok Wai from Lenovo Exclusive Store @ Mid Valley and also the support team from MyLenovo, Lazada. I don't know the name because of Lazada Policy of not revealing any personal info in the chat.
Also the Lenovo laptop I have is the Lenovo Ideapad Flex 5 AMD Ryzen 5500U which is a fantastic product. Just take a look at the reviews on youtube. It is all true.
I will definitely buy from Lenovo again online, maybe not through Lazada the next time.

β β β β β Bought a laptop thru this company website, and the support on the website is excellent. Not only the advisor (Jeff) guide me throughout the process, he also follow up with WhatsApp during the delivery process.
Oh and the delivery is super fast. Paid on Wednesday night, received the item on Friday noon.
The laptop is as advertised 100%.
Truly a great company with great service. Thanks Jeff and Mylenovo2u (their website)! So satisfied.
