I just ask for the signature bah kut teh, and the waitress came back telling me I have to wait 40min. Then she said they don't have the pork ribs so they can just add some other meat instead... She told me it comes with pig liver and mushrooms so I add some pork tendons with the meat.
Finally i got a bowl of soup with only boiled streaky pork... I ask where was the pig liver and the mushrooms? No answer... They just poor more soup with 2 half mushrooms in my bowl (no kidding).... Worst bah kut teh ever
I don't recommend the place. They don't even speak English, pretty strange to find this place after 3 months in Malaysia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Same price as other branches but this shop has extra 10% sc. generally taste similar but soup not boiling hot type. Hope they can boil the soup longer and hotter. Staff seem like from Myammar/Cambodia. nearest place from CIQ to eat, other than the Pelangi branch and Sentosa branch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The portion of food served here is here, the size of rice, bah kut teh, the number of pork given, the 油条 and the vege given are all bigger portion compared to other franchise.
The soup taste almost the same as tebrau branch. Although the serving time is longer.
Hope the restaurant can improve on their indoor aircon, as we feel quite hot and sweat during dining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This eatery has a strange policy. To avail their promo of 50% discount, one has to dine in. If you takeaway, you have to pay full price. Don't understand the logic because for takeaways they do not include rice and most customers bring their own containers anyway. There's no dishes to wash and no tables to clean. Yet despite all these savings, they insist on full price for takeaways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time trying this franchise. Soup is clear unlike from KL one where I'm from. Menu order is quite cool too, they use alot of cost on the color printed matte texture menu! rm11 for single person meal, i added taoki and pork tendons. All are good, pork still cant beat klang ones but its soft and nice too.
