★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mall upper parking in bad condition. When entering, its like an abandoned shopping malls. Enter parking and pay RM1 but all access door to mall are locked. End up going out without entering the mall. The mall upper parking is dark, quiet and bad condition a bit scary if you come alone even day time. Make a round and parked at outside only able to gain access to the mall. Inside the mall, there restaurants, Giant supermarket, Old Town White Coffee, barber, Mr DIY, toy shops and more. Air conditioning is cool and comfortable but not many shop open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A old and rundown mall near to the newer Mines Shopping mall.
Happened to pass by that area and I took a look in the mall. There are 4 levels, the topmost 2 levels are relatively empty. Most of the actions are on LG and G.
There are like 30 shops in LG that are selling mobile related accessories. Most of them are retailers and appears to be also distributors selling in bulk. Some sells other gadgets like speakers and toys, etc. Some repairs mobile, their advertisements on the shop front says mainboard repairs, etc.
A few antique shops at the same level and that's about all. Not a regular mall in my opinion, people probably got there to buy mobile accessories or gadgets, in bulk!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though the location is great, but apparently due to bad management most shops are empty specially in the top three floors. This place is only alive because of the Giant in the lower ground floor and Mr. DIY in first floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It still be bad trafic at 5-7p.m. GIANT SUPERSTORE closed at 10pm ,many people coming to shoping at GIANT SUPERSTORE , it become normal ,but still want to wearing mask.

It's the bank. And downstairs, too. There is a haghper market on the basement floor....There are wholesale or retail electronic products in the business district.
