โ โ โ โ โ The studio is not clean. Pillows and sheets very old and dusty. The staff is not helpful, when you ask for a service the answer is "not available"... Definitely do not lose your money with them, absolutely not recommended.

They don't have good gym (There are about 4 machines ) and not clear ,New and deep. There are only old place for Basketball

โ โ โ โ โ good security guards, friendly and respectful. however the place still feels unsafe, and dark. the apartment is spacious, but the rubbish chute is a problem, it is in a room, and you have to open and close it quickly because it stinks and all the roaches will run out

We called office no body pick up and call hp number as stated in agoda also no pick up which according to them that was emergency number WHERE WE WANTED TO CHECKED OUT due to emergency things as well . Shower head broken cannot hanging, bathtub also hampeh the water rinse out so SLOW. We commented at reception she simply said if broken or any emergency inform security guard they will inform technician. What the heck? Security also involved in management matter? For operation hours until 6pm. So after 6pm whatever emergency no body entertain? Do u think we stayed in 24hrs? Of course we got another things to do and after that we checked thru all the things then call no one pickup. Never come again. Very frustrated.

โ โ โ โ โ Starting from the parking lot - gloomy n bit scary if you are alone
Enter the room - spacious
But the bedsheet n pillows smell old.. cannot sleep because of the smells
The view - oh God
Bathtub - bertampal with tape
Sabun - there is no bottle, liquid soap dalam cawan
Pool - okay there are 2swimming pool for kids
Facilities - old, tak terjaga dan berkarat

โ โ โ โ โ I haven't lived there but as I heard from my friends it's a good residence near to KTM serdang and free bus/ rapid bus and UPM bus. Besides that there is lake and many restaurants, mall and all services. Has nice views if you live in the high levels.
