★ ★ ★ ★ ★ World’s most inconsiderate developer to be operating construction works at 3am right now as I type this. I was literally awoken by your construction noise! It’s raining and in the middle of the night, why would you be making your men work at this hour under such conditions? Not to mention it’s illegal, and disturbing for residents in your neighbouring condos! I can only imagine how “safe” your building will be, to be built under such illegal conditions!

Facilities are excellent with dedicated swimming pools for each block.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premium condo, workmanship not in par. Follow up service is slow and give excuses. Both tower beside not complete and left abandoned (not sure when gonna restart again) look how stupid the plug was place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am here for vacation and summer camp in RAS. Near by here, not many cars and people walking around. The condo is quite new and other facility such as swimming pool is very good.
No shoppiong mall or even small market is not in the building. Yet within 5minutes you could find out the shopping street of Hotel Zen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great sea facing location with excellent amenity such as plenty of eateries! Can't wait to see when all towers are fully developed. Nearby Marina walk often has events and colourful carnival to keep the area vibrant & Lively.
