★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great plan/ design. You walk straight away from boat to exit door through some checking and vice versa. People wont confuse. Face to face with theme park. You want get bored while waiting or relieving sea sick. Well placed toilet and some grocery. Easy for public transportation or online taxi. Only the public toilet need more maintenance and little narrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A large and modern ferry terminal, offering ferry services from Johor to Batam Island and Karimunbesar Island, both in Indonesia. Passenger load can be high, even on a week day, therefore, boarding is stated as one hour before departure. Despite the crowd, travellers are order and follow the queue. There is a cafe and convenience store for those who are waiting to board the ferry, or waiting to pick up passengers. Toilets are clean, too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abit spartan and parking is a bit difficult to find but free though. Do be wary of parking overnight at the public carpark beyond the edges of Puteri Harbour as saw quite a bit of broken glass from vehicles. Best to park at the ferry terminal itself whenever possible.
