★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After seeing all the 5 stars here, I decided to take a chance with this place, and was totally pleased and satisfied with the treatment.
The entire experience scored high with me - I booked over Whatsapp, and was accommodated last minute. The manager Adi came to pick me up from the lobby area, and ushered me to the house. At the reception, I was handled professionally - from the welcome drink and cold towel, to understanding where my pain points here to the post massage tea and biscuits, and survey questionnaire. The therapy room was comfortable, aircon not too cold, with a soothing background music.
Adi is a seasoned and sensitive therapist - without me telling him much, he sensed where my knots are and was able to ease them well with the right degree of strength. He impressed upon me that it is important for the therapist to engage with their heart, and I agree that he has indeed done so.
I hear the spa will be opening up a new branch at Jalan Raja Laut in July, so I wish them all the best, and please continue these therapies with the same high level of attention and service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been here a year ago and became their loyal customer. what i can say is, i love this spa so much as they provide real treatment (which is hard to find nowadays except you're in suburban or stay in village). The massage is so unique and different and the therapists were professional and talented. They are really focus on treatment quality and the customer service really superb!!

From arranging my appointment to picking me up to the premises and taking down every single concerns that I have and the point of focus during the massage, it reminds me on how a top-notch spa center should be. While the center can be a little cramped and needs some improvements, overall it didn't bother me much because I was blown away by the massage skills and the professionalism of the masseur that was assigned to me. While I know not all masseur are the same but I was lucky to get one of the senior masseur that they have. For the overall experience that I received every time I went to this spa, I would say that the price is very reasonable. I took a package with them after my first visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went today for full service. My assigned masseur is Farid. He pick me up from the lobby to the reception. He is very polite and professional.
Since this is my first time, i didnt ask for specific pain point and let Farid work his magic hand. Truly superb. He know what he was doing. He is very gentle yet the message was very relaxing.
too bad, they need to use glove to adhere the SOP. so i had to tahan geli the whole session, bare hand would be better. i blame the covid.
price wise, affordable when we taking consideration of the location of the spa. worth every penny.
Im a plus size and Farid was a skinny guy. i kinda feel sorry for him. but definitely gonna come back.
This is professional spa for men, so no hanky panky here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hardly go for massage, and the last one I had was 4 years ago with below average experience, but it's an entirely different experience this time around with Farid's great customer service and solid massage skill.
The spa is cozy with nice ambient and soothing music. Farid did an excellent job and constantly checking in whether he applied the right pressure. I almost fell asleep a few times and felt very refreshed after the massage. Will definitely consider to come back again.
