My mistake to arrive a bit late (late due to lost searching for the premise), and when I arrive the staff said I need to pospone my session. I understand that when I late, it will drag other sessions, but appreciate the staff should remind me earlier or during the aapointment was made that they only hold the session for 10 minutes, so that I can arrange the time. Because of that, I lost the purpose of my off day..
