★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m really impressed with their service. Super detailed in explaining and adjusting the fitting of the glasses, to make sure me and my mum understand and wear glasses comfortably. Which I never had in the previous experience. And my mum loves her new spec. It’s quite relief for me that I have founded a best optic shop for my mum, as she struggled to get suitable glasses in past few years. And now she surely will come back to this shop for her next glasses. Thanks Spark Optics provides the best quality glasses with affordable price!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and helpful staff. Chalyn served us and patiently explained the different lenses and let us try on many frames before we decided. She also helped to replace the nose pads for my mom's glasses and declined payment. The shop is located inside the Mugshot Cafe on Chulia Street.

This is my 2nd time return to get my very 1st pair of Lemtosh & I’m very satisfied with the workmanship & fit me very well. Special THANKS to Bryan (the very professional optician)for his 5 stars customer service, patiently recommended the right frame that suit my face and very detailed in explaining the functionality of the lenses. Not forget to THANKS Calvin as well for his warmth welcome & friendly manner in recommending me nice frames. I would highly recommended these 2 chaps if you’re hunting for a pair of “new eyes”.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks to Abby the shop assistant for the friendly and professional service to explain and help to select my spectacular frame and so. She was so helpful and nice to help me to choose a frame and till the end of everything. Also they help to clean my old specs and even to replace the nose pads for me FOC.
It was a very comfortable and happy process of buying specs and felt being taken care sincerely. This was the first time of such a good experience I have ever met. Thank you Abby and will return for next specs for sure, hope to see you again.

It was truly a great shopping experience yesterday and Chalyn the sweet person in chrg attended to me was extremely kind non pushy n has excellent patience. I m truly impressed coz i hv not come across such nice kind patience and so detail sales person from optical shop to assist me with such great patience and pays alot of attention into adjusting the sunglass for me. Anyone who wishes to get a nice new look for year 2022 shd drop by and get a different new look sunglass by Spark Optical just behind the famous Mugshot Cafe and Bakery@Chulia Street. Look for Chalyn Lee. She dessrves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐more than Michelin Star?
