★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came from 20km away to the centre, due to heavy rain and traffic jam we were late for 20-25 min, I know it’s our fault for being late, but the speech therapist show no courtesy to complete the whole session and ask us to come again next time to complete another half , and we were charged as full session. I know we were late but to charge us at full rate with half session service it’s just not fair for us.
I worked in hospital before, i know most of the health care professional and even dr they will give their best to complete the session instead of doing half and ask patient to come again, at least not charging full rate for 50% service.
