โ โ โ โ โ One week earlier Booked appointment for chassis foam though their fb, was allow to book on Sunday so had set appointment on Sunday, then being told that Sunday they did not open. So this week go their shop during Saturday for walk in coz feel the booking system is useless, before I go try to call them but no one pick up phone, messenger also did not reply. After reach they told me with unfriendly manner that I need to do appointment and come again next time. So no more for next time. Gently reminder, if your shop canโt handle so much of crowd pls do not keep advertise on fb.
If you canโt even treat your customer with proper attitude, I donโt think you will treat customer car with sincerely. Now I know why their fb not allow others to do rating. So for those being attract by their fb marketing ads, think twice before you go

โ โ โ โ โ Not pleasant experience. Don't bother to make any appointment with them. Just drive straight to there if you want them to serve you. They wouldn't even care if you made the appointment and if there's any walk in customer arrives 10 minutes earlier than your appointment time then you had to wait and wait and wait till your turn. I was told to wait 30 minutes but I had waited for 3hrs+. The boss didn't even felt sorry at all. He makes donno as if I'm invincible. Why should he say sorry since business is flowing like water for him right. That's a bad customer service experience. Anyway, in terms of technical knowledge they are good. Workshop is clean enough. Nice showroom to see.

Now they don't even bother to reply enquiries through socmed.
A very far cry from the more friendly and eager attitude towards customers from few years ago.

โ โ โ โ โ Very detail and first impression is the workshop is clean and equipped with functional hoists and tools. With proper equipments, only can produce correct service and maintenance. The boss is a suspension noise specialist! ??????
