★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to buy tiles for kitchentop and walls, selected white marble tile and confirmed with staff whether it is for kitchentop before buying. Went back to install but the sides were not white but grey so it's so ugly and obvious after installing. Went to another tile shop to get proper advice and change to full body black tile.
Floor tile no problem.
When I selected the white tile for walls, wanted to get 1st grade tile but no stock and sales ask to get 2nd grade, I was reluctant because the price not much difference, when I ask what's the difference he just said 2nd grade behind maybe a bit chipped but in front same as 1st grade. So I bought around 80pieces 2x1, guess what 30++ pieces in front can see bubble or bumps (defect). When I went back to ask to change, the boss said 2nd grade sure got defect cannot change. I spent RM2k but bad experience.
