I rented my house through Speedhome for a one year contract. However my tenant dissappear two months before the end of contract. Luckily I took package included the insurance. Some of the furnitures were damaged. I directly in contact with one of the Speedhome staff, Brittney Celine and she was highly professional to help me with all the insurance claim processes. Answered all of my questions and very responsive via email. Thanks for Speedhome for making the whole process smooth and specifically to Brittney for helping me till I received the insurance claim money. Looking forward to use your service again in the future.

I used to have good experience with speedhome until this year when tenant is renewing his contract. 1. Images I sent to Speedhome the year before were missing from their database Customer service pm-ed and asked me to resend images. It's for contract renewal, hence, I do not have any new set of images. After ding-dong a few rounds, customer service acknowledge system glitched. 2. Insurance and rental payment amount During the renewal process, I've to confirm a few times with Speedhome as different people was giving me a different amount. To be safe, I've did a finalisation with them by laying out the breakdowns and amount I should receive in 1st, 2nd and continuing months. 3. WRONG PAYMENT AMOUNT for 1st and 2nd MONTH Even with the finalisation from Speedhome, I'm still receiving wrong amount for both 1st and 2nd month. Luckily I checked my account and verify with the amount that was finalised with them. Sadly speaking, the customer or payment experience wasn't great. 4. NO RESPONSE I'M STILL WAITING Speedhome to reply me on the WRONG payment amount AGAIN for 2nd month. I sent through app chat, whatsapp and email, due to no response from the channels, however, there's still no response up till now (email and whatsapp was sent on last Thurs 9th June, 2022, chat inbox was sent on Sat). Called customer service hotline go to wait 12 minutes for queue. This never happen in the previous years. It's quite disappointed as the fee I paid is not cheap, I took Extended Plus. Please reply me asap. Lastly, I hope Speedhome can improve customer service back to last time, it was really good and prompt service used to be.

I am able to rent out my unit within a week once I publish my unit. It is amazing! With the help from home runner, save me lot of time! Highly recommend the Speedhome to my friends to enjoy their service.

Been using this services platform for few years and the support provided is second to none. Eventhough there's some tethering problems with the chat apps during initial stages...now it has greatly improve and much smoother to do 'business' using the apps. One of the highlights with Speedhome service is the insurance coverage and its support. There will be tenants that will cause issues especially with the rental payments and sometimes to the furnitures, utensils,etc.. However, their finance team manages this very well and of course to us landlords, we want to have our losses to the minimum and in my case I would like to mention names like Brittney and Afiqah whom deserves a 5 star rating on their professionalism. Keep it up and many more will join & trust this platform.

I have similar problem as below ???? this is someone reviewed ???? I had a quite good experience initially, listing, viewing, agreements. It went smooth. Until I managed to close 2 tenants via Speedhome, the issues occur. Speedhome does not have the capabilities to handle more than one tenant account from the same owner. They keep on making mistakes on my rental amount, and cause confusion between the payment amount of my both tenant account. I am very disappointed because now I am missing rental payment and I am still trying very hard to explain to the support team. They made the same mistake within a year (more than once). Unforgivable. Most importantly, I am missing my rental now. I hope this can be settled very soon. The platform is good, but management of the accounts, still way to improve. Thanks.

Speedhome customer service is prompt and effective. The mobile app is intuitive to use and provides good functionalities. The platform is good for tenants to find places to rent (zero deposit) and also perfect for landlords to rent out their homes without worrying so much about tenancy agreements etc.
