Had unbearably painful back pain at 2am and out of all the medical help apps I could find, this was the only REAL 24 hour on-call phone number we could find. The rep might be busy on another call but just try a few times and itll eventually go through.Emil received the call from me and was very helpful, patient and professional in answering my questions. I asked for a video call with a medical doc through the app but there were issues with the app and Emil was even able to help resolve tht issue efficiently and intelligently. Dr Roselle who attended the vid call was also very professional , understanding, warm and was able to provide proper advice to us and I appreciated that she didnt try to sell us any medication tht wasnt necessary.
Overall very grateful for speedoc. Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended. Called for an ambulance for my uncle at 8.30pm, promised to come by 9.30pm but after one hour ambulance didn't arrive and no updates until I called back to check . My uncle's life was on the line but thank god nothing happened. What if the worst happened to my uncle, who's going to be responsible ? ...really disappointed with the lack of responsibility to periodically update us and leaving us waiting in the dark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficiency: 5stars as payment made at 2pm. Nurse arrived at 5.30pm for on site swab test on the same day.
Skilful: 5stars as least discomfort on my nasal swab test. Even my 2 years old daughter done without cry. I am not even felt any discomfort on my throat swab test. I have reconfirmed with the nurse whether the test been done correctly because I didn’t feel anything.
Friendly: 5stars as the nurse will calm down the kids by asking them to feel the soft cotton bud by touching it and feel it. Comfort the kids then only proceed for the nasal swab test.
Good for the whole process! I recommended Speedoc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called at noon on a Friday to test nearly 30 staff and they gave appointment to come and test all at 530pm the same day. They were early and tested all in 45minutes. We did outdoors and felt very safe. In spite of current backlog of testing and they informed it may take up to 72 hours for results, we got our results in 26 hours.
I also got similar great service when I called to my house to test my family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are in KL, Malaysia. Called enquiry for pre departure 48 hours PCR test. Was told that I can only booked test through online app. Downloaded app from Google play. It's Singapore based app and payments were all in dollars. The options were vague and did not specifically address the service I required but went straight to payment information. Decided to uninstall app as it was not user friendly and is out to take payment straightway without clear guidance of services offered. No confidence in them if they cannot even get their customer service and app in order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give this 0 stars. Please do NOT use them for Pre-Departure PCR (home visit). At the scheduled time and day of my appointment, the nurse never showed up. Upon calling Speedoc Malaysia, they claimed that the appointment had been cancelled and a refund processed. They blamed me (terrible customer service). Of course, no such notification nor refund had been sent (I even checked my Junk mail and credit card bill to make sure). The person on the phone also made some false promises (she'd check with the nurse, to see what time she could arrive), but then I ended up wasting 2-3 hours waiting for them to check, speak to people with no real solution. In the end, I found another company to do my PCR test with. This whole experience was a waste of time and frustrating. They aren't cheap either! RM430 for a PCR test. Honestly, find another provider for a PCR test.
