After a few rounds of testing (work necessity) . I have to applaud the service that the team have provided. Registration was quick online and report was timely sent to the registered email. Whatsapp msgs was also responded quickly.
I may have a bad experience earlier but that may be an isolate situation.

Drive thru covid test station was poor. I called up before heading over and was instructed that I can do a walk in test.
When I arrived the place about noon and it was closed so I called again. The staff apparently left because it was a quiet day and not many people booked for tests.
This is unacceptable as the operation hour is supposed to be until 4pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Care Concierge was a lucky find when I was overseas and urgently in need of 24/7 care-giving services for my aging father. Everyone involved was genuinely caring, professional and accommodating. The App services helped keep me updated. There were a few minor hiccups along the way, but these were always promptly attended to and resolved. A big thank you for more than a year of reliable care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The covid drive thru testing at Jalan University PJ is one of the best initiatives ever. Both visits for covid testing went smoothly and I was done within 20 minutes. There can be a backlog of people waiting in their cars for their turn so be patient and understanding towards the staff who are working as fast and as efficient as they can.
Both times, the staffs who took my samples were thorough and professional. My results came within the stipulated time. Thanks to this, I don't feel worried about taking a covid PCR test.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The usual practice is we have to reimburse the cost of medical supplies to the person attended to us on top of the charges billed to us by the company. Fair enough and we totally have no problem with that. What we unfortunately found out today is the nurse arbitrarily made up the cost for the medical supplies rather than providing a receipt to justify it. When we asked for a receipt, what we later got in return was simply a handwritten note of cost breakdown which proved nothing but our naivety was taken advantage. Mind you, the cost was excessive and way higher than what we would pay to buy from a local pharmacy. You might ask at this point why didn't we get the supplies ourselves beforehand? We DID but the nurse still decided to ignore our instruction and use all his own for personal gain.
Lesson learnt.
Regrettably one rotten apple has ruined our experience with you and dented your hard earned reputation...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning: I am leaving a long review because I seriously think this is important. Do not read if you not serious about looking for caregiver.
Start:
This Care Concierge is very dominant or has full control in Kaodim, they picked up my listing and made me wait for weeks without providing me a caregiver.
I had to follow up every week and each time they say they are looking. Finally I cancelled on kaodim and asked them please do not pick up my job request anymore as I want to use another provider as I need a carer urgently. So I resubmitted request again, and once again they picked up my request. I asked them again and finally said they don't have supply.
So I ask them why they picked up my job if they don't have supply, free up for other care providers, they did not reply me. In my opinion, this kind of practice is very unethical in this caregiver industry, I hope consumers do not support unethical business like this as this industry involves people's health and lifes. Instead of helping reduce my stress, they increased it with additional stress and uncertainty.
So I went to Google search and spent countless hours going through in detail for another provider. Seriously, so many are rubbish, no reply, expired listing etc. Finally I found a gem in the listing and they are called 24angelshomecare.com
They will give you an answer within 3 days but for my case they came back within 2 hours. Contact them via WhatsApp, they are responsive. I hope this will help anyone who need caregiver urgently and not get screwed by bad providers as I have experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father was diagnosed with Stage IV lung cancer. When my father's condition deterioted, we were at lost on providing care to him. We were fortunate that one of our friends recommended CARE Concierge.
The team from CARE Concierge immediately assisted us and able to assign a suitable caregiver to my father. After the caregiver arrived, she was able to convince him to eat, bathe and even provide grooming. In addition, their app is filled with useful daily updates on his temperature, detail of his meal intakes, blood pressure and etc; which was useful when consulting the doctor.
Unfortunately, my father has passed on, but at least he was well taken care of. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the team at CARE Concierge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a drive-in covid test with them, staffs are friendly and skilled, not putting any pressure on client, very comfortable interaction even if it's a short one. While waiting for my turn, I've been observing them working, very efficient, and hygienic, they sanitise their hands even with gloves on after every test or whenever they are close to their sanitizer, change their gloves frequently too. They are very skillful and I'm very thankful for them for putting their life on the line and working under the scorching sun with full PPE. Test came back within time said.
