β β β β β I've been diagnosed with spinal degeneration disease since 2015. Orthopedic surgeon made it clear to me that it's a progressive condition and it might get worse over time. I've started the treatment at Spine Care Clinic since 2015, after few months of treatment sessions, I can safely say that I have been pain-free and any numbness or discomfort related to nerves has significantly reduced. I am still going for maintenance treatments beside taking other steps to care for the spine.

β β β β β Been having back pain( slip disk ) like what , 10-15 year , went to so many places here and there , and was in vain till I came to meet Ms Heng , been a very friendly doctor and gives attention and proper care while doing treatment. Very friendly environment and good welcoming by the vino the receptionist. Highly recommended for ppl with back , hip , leg, or whatever pain related to bones ? !

β β β β β Iβve been suffering from my back pain (due to mild scoliosis) since 2011 and went to many chiropractic /physiotherapy centers previously. Those visits helped but I was still in pain. I came across Spinecare end of last year and thrilled to know they also specialised in chiropractic treatment for scoliosis. Based on the good reviews given by the previous patients, I straight away registered for a treatment package. Before the treatment was initiated, Dr Heng examined my full spine x-ray to ensure the appropriate adjustment for me (none of the centers I went before had ever done this). Iβm still in my treatment period currently and so far it has reduced my back pain quite significantly. Dr Heng also shared her timely advices on exercises that I should carry out at home to supplement my spine adjustment treatment. All in all, I highly recommended Spinecare to those who looked for a professional healthcare provider to resolve your never-ending back pain.

β β β β β Very satisfied with the Dr Terry treatment, as I had my shoulder and back problem seen 2019, and I had go with many CHIRO and physiology but the problem come back again. After visit Dr Terry my back problem was increase 80% and shoulder increase 70%. Thanks all the staff with good explanation and good customer service.

β β β β β Having constant migraine for months and going for first try definitely helps reduce the migraine. Doc is knowledgeable and explains well on how to improve the body posture.
Receptionist are attentive and well manners.

I found dr Terry very helpful specially in diagnosing my real problem and applying the targeted techniques to improve my back pain. Now. I feel my back is stronger and I can walk longer when I go for my daily work which got Lots of standing and walking.
