★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is friendly, The rooms are spacious, some of the ACs in some rooms don't work as intended and are currently being maintained at the time of writing this review. The sound proofing between rooms and outside could be better. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
Staff:
The staff are very helpful, kind and willing to change your room should any thing not work properly.
Lobby:
The lobby is very cozy and chill, warm lighting with couches and a nice granite counter, It also has a bunch of clocks on a wall showing various world times.
Rooms:
Your mileage may vary on this one. Depending on what room you get, Some things will be all fine while some others wont. The carpets are fine but could be renovated. The AC in some of the rooms work and some don't (They are performing maintenance on those as of this review) The lights used in the rooms are a little harsh on the eyes or they are too dim depending on which lights are there. Sometimes, there are either neutral-white CFL lights(Too dim) or warm LED lights(Too harsh and low quality but gets the job done).
Internet/wifi:
It's freaking bad in terms of consistency . Your whatsapp calls are going to lose connection midway through, Your youtube videos will buffer often and sometimes you will not have any connection at all. The speed is fast but it is not a consistent connection. So have a data connection to back you up, Get a DIGI simcard at Endah Parade, download the Digi app and buy the internet package that fits your needs. One more thing. Any latency dependent activities such as gaming, live streaming, video conferencing, remote desktop are not recommended. Plus, each floor has it's own wifi ID. Hey but it's "Free" wifi, soooooo..... Yeah...
Safety/Security:
The doors are built like tanks. They have proper RFID card locks. plus manual deadbolts and a door stopper. They don't have under-door tool protection on the handles however the space at the bottom of the door is quite small, and there is an alarm that will ring if the door handle is being held down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a night stay at this hotel and i had a peaceful sleep without any issues. The room is clean, well kept, there were room slippers, coffee and tea with hot kettle provided, a large queen size bed and what i love most about this hotel was the good hot shower. It was perfect. I would recommend anyone with a small budget to stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great, cheap hotel. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Location is good, close to a mall, atm and restaurants. Also walking distance to the sports arenas nearby.
Staff is very friendly and helpful as well.
Only thing to complain about is the sound level. I can clearly hear the people in the other rooms watching TV through the ventilation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My room is decorated with lots of balloons as I filled in the request box telling that the accommodation is a birthday treat. It's such a big surprise?. The bathtub is big and my partner and I enjoy it very much. Convenience stores (KK Mart & 7e) are just below the hotel. The only problem is the parking site since it's public and we are sharing with the restaurant's customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and cozy. Although it is only a 2 star hotel but i like it. The bathroom is quite large, the room itself is comfortable for a budget hotel. The only thing that is need to improve is the tv channel. There is only 1 channel CNN news

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst hotel ever. Visited this hotel in 2018 for the first time. Ever since then every time we visit the hotel, they’ll quote a price at start and at the time of book out they’ll ask you to pay extra. At start they’ll just say they are very flexible with check-in timings. And when you actually visit the hotel, they’ll make you do the payment first and then after few hours they’ll tell you to pay extra.
Personal experience as of today, 13/04/2022, 4am. I was asked to get out of the hotel for refusing to pay extra money as per their demand.
They claim normal check-in timing is 12noon and check -out is 12 noon the next day. Which is understandable. But I had to do a early check-in at 4am cus I arrived from Singapore at that time. I clearly told them I want to do a early check in and they agreed to it and after 12noon they told me to pay extra to continue my stay. But I paid for a night and I didn’t spend a night there
Customer service is extremely poor and they are very dodgy.
