β β β β β The person name Vanitha very rude over the phone call, claimed she is de owner. Stitched item ready on 15/11, 24/11 calling and screaming on de phone for de delays of collection, which I thought could collect over this weekend as i told them itβs not urgent item. My first time with them.

β β β β β Even a star is not deserved to be given. Not sure why the crowd going for their tailoring service. Truly clueless. Went in for a trial and ended up with greatest disappointment. The owner who manages the shop - rude, not professional, loud spoken and literally scolds customer. With a basic stitching for a βlengha dressβ for my little daughter she could charge RM150 and a simple non lining Jippa for my son was RM100. I could literally bought a brand new designer suit instead! :( No extra designing is allowed. The best part of this, the owner doesnβt have tailoring knowledge and skills. She is totally dependable on her foreign staff. Will never ever go back to this shop :(
