Had fantastic experience at SS Blissful banquet hall. Very reasonably priced and had excellent customer service. The Hall management was very reliable and on point in terms of service. Wish them all the best and keep up the great work!

We write to express our frustration and disappointment with SS BLISSFUL BANQUET HALL owner which located at Klang. In midst of March, we have booked the hall upon the availability date and paid deposit for the event in the month of May (1st Year Baby birthday party). The owner have confirmed the booking for us accordingly once received the deposit payment. Unexpectedly, we received a call from the owner 3weeks before the event and mention that one of his MCO customer need the hall for their wedding function on the same date as per our event date. Without consulting with us, he has decided to provide the hall to his MCO customer. He called and easily requested us to change our function date or find another hall. We booked the hall according to the availability date. Therefore, the priority suppose given to us as we paid deposit and booked earlier, not to MCO customer even they are the first person who paid for the hall during MCO but not for the date that we booked. The owner suppose to advise and provided option to the MCO customer to choose date based on hall available. The owner left us by giving option to change date or find other hall or else refund. Why should we do that? How come he can ask us to change the date as we fixed and booked it as per our comfortability? How about our event which going to take place in 3 weeks time? He couldn’t answer any of our questions, but insist us to change date or wants to refund our booking. The booking date was auspicious day for the functions and very difficult to get event hall in the last minutes during this time. We was so happy and excited for our 1st Baby birthday function, but this man spoiled it totally. We get frustrated hearing that as we have already planned and booked lots of things and additionally invitation been distributed to our guest. Last minutes event hall cancellation giving us lots of troublesome. Furthermore, the problem is not ours as he should handle the issue with his MCO customer on his own, not involving us into his internal problem. The way he spoke to us doesn’t make any sense, unprofessional attitude and very poor management when handling the problems. We do understand the MCO customers situation as their function being cancelled during MCO time, however as an owner of the event hall, he need to manage the situation professionally and no blind promise to innocent customers like us. Returned the deposit money doesn’t mean solved the issue professionally. Its WRONG and NOT FAIR for us as a customer. We trusted him, but return with DISAPPOINTMENT at the end!!
