★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had never experienced being able to host an event at this venue. However, I did have an experience dealing with the person in charge of the bookings and it was not great at all.
First of all, there is no proper greeting and questions are answered with one word answers.
I was also questioned like I was being interrogated. One thing I can say is that the customer service needs to improve as I am one example of a customer who sadly even before having experienced to host an event at this venue, I was thrown off by their uninterested manner in having customers to host an event in their venue.
The only reason I have a star is because I had to if I wanted to give a review.
My rates would be no star at all.

Overall the hall set up was amazing and caught everyone's attention on the blue lighted walls. Everyone that I know complimented on the interior of the hall. Another plus point, generous parking space for guests and the hall was easy to locate via waze/Google maps.
Special note on the person in charge for our event Mr.Ganesh, he did a wonderful job on arranging things for us and communicating in a well mannered way. Just a little improvement that can be made from my point of view:
1. To clean/vacuum the carpet before an event.
2. To have a few runners/staffs around to manage little details
3. For the sound system in charge to arrive on time
4. Improvise the changing room (air condition servicing)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We held our wedding there. The main hall is large enough for 500 banquet style PAX but pre COVID can take more. The car park looked too small. The hall was professionally set up, well ventilated with food that guests enjoyed. Toilets are a bit of trek outside. Acoustics for the music are good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our special thanks to Suresh and his team for the wonderful set up and arrangements in Bukit Kemuning Convention Centre. Totally a great place to organise an event where there is no doubt everything will be take care and you will have 200% a perfect event. 100% recommended???
Highly highly recommended-
Price is totally reasonable with extremely good service and we will have totally a peace of mind on the day of event.
Book the hall and all will be take care , you will just have to get ready and come pose for your event.
