I consider myself got a good masseur but my friend described that she had the worst terrible massage ever which she never experienced before.. not to mention the skill of the masseur.. the staff’s phone were kept vibrating which is quite annoying when you were trying to relax but somehow the vibration bothered us. The receptionist didn’t even ask if all is good during billing but somehow my friend told her that the masseur wasn’t doing a good job and the funniest part was she said I will inform this to the company. My question is, the receptionist didn’t even ask what went wrong or how did it happen etc.. we definitely won’t return back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad experience!! I feel cheated. Visited with my husband and both paid for aromatic massages. Both male and female masseuses are inexperience. Play with phone somemore and it rang and the bed keeps vibrating from her phone. She also gave me some so so thai massage instead (which is cheaper) and VERY LAZY ONE while she’s on her phone… and finish early… ???? I called out to her but she ignores me.
reception not doing anything when I complained after. Waste of money, do not come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roughest and worst massage experience! Service and environment are completed out. Totally not Thai massage. Room was extremely hot and electricity was trip few times and the masseuse was laughing away which I told her it wasn’t funny. Suddenly mid way massaging the reception came into the room and ask us to repark as assumingly parked in 2 lots which we hadn’t. She could at least double confirm the car plate for verification.
