★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very upset and very very upset! They holding the deliverables key to the respectives owner and keep charging the maintenance fees. During MCO they able to courier the key and all docs can be done via online/email. The maintenance charges should be freeze anyway. Please do something to expedite the process. Have some of the buyers also have to paid double commitment which is for current rental house and this new house. Please do something.
