โ โ โ โ โ Terrible business ethics! I paid the booking through credit card but when we changed our mind the very next day, we immediately informed them but they took 2 months to refund us after many phone call of chasing for it!!!
And worse, itโs not even a full refund, which we have come to terms with it, but the bloody cherry on icing is they want us to bear the credit card MDR fee which should not be transferred to end consumer! Such โclassโ this developer!!
I know for a fact that MDR CANNOT be transferred to customer! This is not right. Please everyone be warned about this terrible developer.

When buying from the sale agent. They are very persistence asking deposit money from us.
Unprofessional sale agent and Inefficient developer!

โ โ โ โ โ plss..never buy house from this developer..very poor quality, my house in bandar hillpark puncak alam have so many defects..the workmanship was so bad..tiles fixed misshaped,gap..termites problem..bad drainage..water flow to my house always problem due cement stuck at the water hose..have so many other thing to complain..so frustrating..other buyer never get scam with this company

โ โ โ โ โ Within 3 months of getting the key i can see cracks on the wall.
It has warranty but the staff respond so slow.
The design at Puncak alam Pinang Hillpark is unbelievable.

โ โ โ โ โ If you're thinking of buying a house from MKH, forget about it. I bought a house at Bandar Hill Park (Cherry 2), love it but after only a few years, there are so many cracks and leaks! Tried to fix but the problem persist till today. Majority of neighbourhood faced the similar problems. We reported to HQ but they refuse to help as it is over warranty period. Very risky and stressful investment to upkeep. Never buy any of MKH property, very low quality and bad customer service.
