★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff at the first counter. She sounded very irritated and makes no eye contact. She might know the drill of getting things done but we don't. So she got angry when we looked perplexed and raised her tone. The least helpful approach on getting a new businesse lisence done.
The assistant at the self-help desktops sounded annoyed and impatient too. Not everyone is tech-savvy. We know that he's repeating the same thing over and over to everyone who comes by but that's his job. Please learn to speak politely and smile a little.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousiest place I've ever been. There's so many staff but noone of them are willing to help. I don't understand the needs of making appointments for what reasons. We paid tax to the government but what service we got from the government.

I went to clarify on a letter I received from SSM and I wanted to get an explanation. the security guard Ms Helen was wonderful, she had very good knowledge about the system and helped not only me but other customers as well. Without her help I wouldn't have done it. I'll give her a extra 5 stars personally. Pn Akmal from counter 3 was also so helpful in settling my issue. The counter guy, didn't get his name was so friendly and patient. Awesome work team. Keep up the good job

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to renew SSM license yesterday, was told the payment system down, advise me to call before come again, therefore I call this morning and was told the system is back to normal, but but but, when I reach there, the system down again. Wasted my time and parking fees. The plus side is no compound for over due at the moment.
