★ ★ ★ ★ ★ submit takaful claim pada 1 august 2021, semasa submit all documents all prepared and hantar kepada pengawai. Tapi tiba 22/9/2021 terima call daripada call Ptptn takaful team cakap ada medical report tiada di dalam kena submit lagi.
ok fine, tidak mengapa . saya submit lagi. saya ada sentiasa follow up dengan ptptn takaful team...tapi tidak reply message atau chat online ptptn asyik dapat jawapan, hong leong takaful masih review.
tunggu la sampai 22/11/2021 saya tidak boleh sabar lagi terus call hong leong takaful dan juga email mereka. dapat jawapan ialah PTPTN TAKAFUL tidak hantar medical report saya kepada mereka, hong leong ada hantar surat reminder kepada ptptn takaful tapi tiada orang reply !!!
hingga kini 11/12/2021, takaful claim saya masih pending review !!!!!
memang betul betul teruk
tau je iklan macam la sangat baik..................tapi bila ada claim...tidak layan customer, tidak buat kerja
submit takaful claim on 1 august 2021, while submitting all documents all prepared and send to the officer. But on 22/9/2021, I received a call from the Ptptn takaful team saying there was no medical report to submit anymore.
ok fine, it's okay. I submit again. I always follow up with the ptptn takaful team ... but no reply message or online chat ptptn is busy getting answers, hong leong takaful is still reviewing.
wait until 22/11/2021 I can't wait to call hong leong takaful and also email them. got the answer is PTPTN TAKAFUL did not send my medical report to them, hong leong sent a reminder letter to ptptn takaful but no one replied !!!
until now 11/12/2021, my takaful claim is still pending review !!!!!
really really really bad
I know that kind of advertising is very good .................. but if there is a claim ... it doesn't serve customers, it doesn't work

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kalau boleh bagi 0 star memang letak 0. Service counter paling teruk. Explain tak clear, 2 3 kali nak kena ulang alik sspn ni. Mula mula kata tak boleh guna tanda tangan pesuruhjaya, nak pegawai kerajaan jugak. Pastu dah dapatkan datang balik, rupanya boleh guna t.tangan pesuruhjaya. Buat kerja macam orang tengah tidur! Tak alert langsung. Pastu mintak tiba tiba mintak IC orang yang dah meninggal pulak. AWAL AWAL TAK BGTAU PUN. Lembap.
If possible, park of 0 star is 0. Service counter the worst. Explain got clear, 2 to 3 times nak kena ni SSPN shuttle. Begin to start saying you can not use signature commissioners, government officials want, too. Firma've got to come back, apparently disposable t.tangan commissioner. Create a job like everyone was sleeping! Not immediately alert. Firma'm suddenly asking for the person who has died IC is such. EARLY START SHALL NOT bgtau. Humid.
