First time I come to the shop, I follow SOP and everything even ask questions in good manners but one of the staff who have a big body answer my inquiry about the bolt and nut rudely. Not only that he even mad at me because I want to add more item. Like I asked you the product you answer nicely I don't mind. He was lucky that I was buying the item for the company use if not I would just make a scene over there. Such bs customer service from that one guy.
