β β β β β This has been my favourite place to get a drink. Usually the Barista is friendly and tentative.
However my perspective has changed today, in a way that I've been treated poorly by Aisyah (Barista)
I ordered Iced Shaken Blackcurrant Raspberry. However she said that they only have Blended one and not ice repeatedly with an arrogant tone and I can see clearly from her body language. I told her, I ordered this drinks before with another outlet
Another Barista heard the conversation and told her that, they can customize the drinks. Afterwards she makes another arrogant statement at me saying that I should said Ice. I make it clearly my order in the first place.
She should be tentative, as a Barista! Not push your anger at your customer!
Clearly, the Barista need more training on customer service and product training!

β β β β β Ordered my fav butter croissant (26 july 2020) via grab at this outlet and was served with a burned croissant for the first time in my life!!!!! VERY disappointed with this outlet and the dishonesty of their staff for still bagging it for customers. Shame on u.
