★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having been to the Mechanic Cafe more than 9 times, I can testify that this is one of the better ones out there. First, the food is good, and not too pricey. Almost every cafe serves food like pasta and burgers, but I can see some twists to the usual food served at other cafes, a big plus. The coffee is also very on point, strong enough for my liking, and I always make it a habit to have at least two cups of coffee during my visit to the Mechanic. Last but not least, the service is simply immaculate. Very young, but very friendly staff. You can tell that they put every effort to ensure the best possible dining experience at the cafe, so if you are happy, don't forget to compliment them too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice and cozy cafe with a bird's-eye view of the town it's in. Delicious and top quality food. Although the prices are quite steep, it's understandable. Loved the carbonara spaghetti. Creamy and succulent. Topped with sausages, sliced mushroom and bacon strips. Delish! Furniture is nice. There's a bathroom too.
Ps. just a note of concern,, I think the sofas are a little too far from the table. So it's a little hard to eat. :)
~my only complaint ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came across a nice place to chill and relax. Avoid lunch crowd. Friendly staff and never intrusive making it comfortable to whiz some time away. Love the aesthetic white & black combination making it a nice ambience. Coffee or cakes?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have to climb to 1st floor but once entered it's a wonderful feel inside. Tables are well spaced out. Wonderful staff, very attentive. Food is good portion and tasty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place having a good laugh with friends, yummy-licious food, good coffee, attentive staff, they change their menu every 6 months to keep customers coming back, leaving this cafe with happy tummy and will definitely be worth returning again by flight all the way from East Malaysia. Beware of gaining a few kgs visiting this cafe??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of a kind. Very spacious, minimalistic, cozy and relaxing environment. Attendants/staff friendly and courteous as ever. Mint mocha was awesomeeee.. like After Enght choc bara melted in coffee! Rose coffee was nice too. Waitress recommended choc banana croissant, which was superb! Will certainly visit again!
