★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know what was the reason for 7-8 staffs chit-chatting at the counter. Staffs need to be retrained..very bad service and impatient when serving customer (especially there was no other customer around, felt like they trying to get their job done quickly)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last few days, I have been reloaded my starbucks card with RM50. After used RM34, supposely must have other RM16, but sadly when I did my 2nd purchase their other staff checked my card with no balance at all. When I argue to check again for double confirm but still no balance in it. They won’t responsible to make sure how it could possibly happen and already email twice to starbucks Malaysia but no respond at all. How you can imagine if lost my RM16. How if one day they get 20-30 customers to reload their cards as well. I consider this as ‘stealing’ and ‘inresposible staffs’ who stole my moneys. Please careful when they ask you to reload. Please make sure it all secure. Really disappointed with staff in Starbucks AEON Tebrau City. !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service were excellent. Annoy with the cleanliness. Coffee table (especially at the pedestrian walk-way), dirty n there is visible coffee stain. Same goes with their sofa, visible stain observed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As far as i know there'll be no whip cream unless we requested for it. But the store assistant was rude, smirking at us for asking about drinks and stuff. We've been served a drink with a whip cream and i can't drink it. Thank you for the bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They need to learn how to make coffee.. I got cappuccinos with almost no foam, it wasn't smooth at all, really bubbly.
Also, in general I think Starbucks doesn't have enough esspresso shots for the cup sizes. So, I have to take extra shot to have at least a coffee taste, but this makes my coffee experience in Starbucks too expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was average, the cashier did not informed his colleagues / plating the cakes I've ordered, so much so that I need to even tell the colleague what were my balance orders, plus cashier didn't even asked whether with whipped cream or not and just assuming. Cakes were quite dried and staffs were just chit chatting instead of cleaning the tables for next guest.
