★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m regular to the royal no 9 milk tea but not at this branch. Ordered for 2 larges, but only 1 for take away. Expecting the dine-in would be with the dear-head cup, but both were with take-away cups. When I asked, the waiter simply said ‘cannot’. Not that it really matters with the cup, but the way she answered really strucked me. I said, ‘why cannot?’, no answer from her.
However, when I sat down, the cashier did came and asked whether I want to change my cup, but I said not needed, as I don’t want to wait any longer. commendable effort though.
Something can be improved on...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Male Cashier on duty was friendly and helpful when I asked him but the new drinks differences. The service personnel was certainly very detail as they taught us how to drink the new snow velvet drink. He served us plain water to rinse our mouth before drinking the snow velvet tea 45degree. The R&F branch and this branch service was certainly better than KSL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here twice now and I must say that this is undoubtedly one of the best black sugar pearl I have tasted.
My girlfriend and I indulge in a lot of chocolate and knowing that this place sells them, we didn’t hesitate to give it a go when we are planning on a JB trip. That said, we aren’t fans of original bubble tea pearls, like we usually do without them with regular bubble tea.
On weekdays, the queue is negligible, and we got our drink within 5 minutes of ordering. However, on weekends, over the long weekend on Vesak Day in fact, we had to wait for 20+ minutes for 2 cups of the same bubble tea.
Do also note that if you are here for their black sugar pearls, you might want to reach around 12+pm as they will usually prepare the normal pearls first, which will be ready at 11-ish.
The back sugar pearls are rich in taste and are in abundance in the cup of chocolate goodness. I will always come back for more whenever I visit this mall ?

Fine, finally received my orders. Mentioned 3 times THREE TIMES i don't want any ice cubes, still putted-in.
And most important, one cup is missing PEARLS !!!!! Gosh.........
