โ โ โ โ โ Came here last few days. This might be one of the best Starbucks ever because melaka so hot and this Starbucks got pretty cold AC! Thank god! Love the environment in the cafe!

โ โ โ โ โ While the chain is located strategically, I had quite an unpleasant experience when the staff keep mumbling during order. He got my order wrong when I asked for ice macchiato. He also added 2 drizzle without asking me first. Never had such incident at other chain.

โ โ โ โ โ it was almost 10 pm and the crowd was quite huge as the line almost exceeded the entrance. i went in line and waited patiently only to be served by this one barista ( unfortunately i didnt get his name however he has long coloured hair, wore glasses ) i asked them about the ongoing promotion in the starbucks app. I showed him my phone to check out the promo that I wanted & instead of correcting me that I've misread the promo's T&C's , he straight up said "Cuba baca betulยฒ" while there is a long line behind me.
I understand it's my mistake for misreading the T&C of the promo but however as a customer I feel ashamed and greatly humiliated since I'm a newbie customer, I did not feel welcomed and helped at all. I wish I could get retail workers/baristas that could guide me when it comes to ordering instead of humiliating me infront of everyone behind me or just humiliating me in general. he did not just humiliate me but also made the line wait even for longer since i had to do some adjustments with my order, because i was clueless at that time.
now I understand why some people say that quite a number of Starbucks employees are very arrogant and unfriendly. I wish to have a better experience with Starbucks in my future visits as I'm traumatised by this experience.
