★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place offer many seatings both outdoor and indoor. Staff are super nice. My drink were blend to perfection which is full of flavour. Staff are supernice and patient ( I had problem using my starbucks apps).
I just wish for more charging point.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Whenever I needed a break, the first thing that comes to my mind is Starbucks coffee!
The taste and quality of the coffee will be the same no matter where you are. It helped to have an outlet mall where I could take a break, sipping my favourite coffee after a hard day shopping!
Go for the ice shaken double espresso which can only be found in Malaysia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to relax after getting tired walking around JPO. Overall staff is ok, but coming in the evening the other day, their baked goods were sold out. I didn't need a meal, however some light refreshments would be nice. Afterwards, went down to coffee bean and had our meal there. Long story short, Starbucks is packed, but CBTL is less packed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The waiting time for food and drink is long, my kid got a hot bun with cold meat inside but we get the staff to reheat it again, and mid of eating we found similar to "plastic cut-out" in our food. Very disappointing starbucks visit at this outlet.
