β β β β β I ordered peach green tea but it tasted too bitter and literally no taste of peach at all!!! The cashier was also grumpy looking. Never buying from here again.

β β β β β Rm 7.50 for a regular size. I can get Rm 7.90 for a large in Chatime. And the taste of the drinks in Gongcha felt diluted.
BTW the staff was busy playing with his phone when I want to order yesterday. He didn't even wanna look up and let me waited. Then while ordering he was still busy playing his phone.
My order will only take him 2 min, and there is no other customer, he can just finish taking my order and continue with his phone but instead he was being very rude. I ordered but he read his phone message before key in my order. Keep me waiting all the time and he didn't even notice when I asked him if there is any other size.
Thankfully his colleague that was making the drinks help him and answer me. Management need to send this guy's back to training. Attaching his photo.

β β β β β The cashier's attitude is rude and impatient. I thought we can customize our sugar and ice level but everything is fixed. Seems like they are not well trained and please provide the necessary training to them on how to serve their customers.

β β β β β The staff there seem not so familiar with their menu. Some drinks are available for hot or ice option, but the staff told me they can only make with ice.We ordered few cups of drink, but more than half of them were wrong. I told another staff, Lin about the mistake they made but she seems impatient and does not apologize at all.
