β β β β β The barista need to be more alert about communication. I ordered hot caramel latte, they gave me Ice americano. So I asked them to make a new one but they gave me ICE caramel latte. Lol. Starbucks barista need to be done the beverage within 3 minutes but my drink take more than 8 minutes!

β β β β β I've spilled my latte without even having a sip. To my pleasent surprise starbucks offered to make a totally new latte for me! for free! and it's venti latte!

β β β β β Overall it was okay, but I went there during fmco. Need to wait outside bcause they only allow 5 customers but I dont mind. The only downside is they received many orders from fp and gf making waiting time longer

β β β β β Came to this branch and i had a bad experience with a worker named tasha. She just walked away eventho i wasnt done with my order and the way she answered my question was also very rude . Arrogant and unfit to work customer service with that kind of attitude. Starbucks should take action on this matter and please employ people who are competent .

β β β β β Single Floor cafe with a lot of outdoor and indoor space to cater for the public. The wide space does make it seem lacking in ambiance as compared to their other branches. Give and take, it's a good place to hang out. Perhaps one area of improvement would be the customer service. It would be good to smile and be perky. A kind gesture goes a long way =)

β β β β β This cafe is saturated with rich coffee aroma. The ambiance and lighting is cozy and comfortable. Love the collection of coffee and cakes. Most importantly, the coffee is super clean, with both bidet and paper to properly clean the toilet seat and your butt. The customers look attractive too.

β β β β β I think this outlet needs more staff! Super slow service. They were struggling to handle a large amount of orders. Customer service is okay not bad but kind of uninviting and sluggish when speaking! Should be more like TTDI outlet ?? coffee was good tho
